Reza Alavi, MD, MHS, MBA is the Research Director of the Evidence Guidance Document (EGD) program group at CMTP. His non-EGD activity includes developing of a business plan for the center for stakeholder engagement for the ATHENA Breast Health Network, and directing planning efforts for the 2011 CER Summit. Dr. Alavi obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania, his MD from Jefferson Medical College, and a healthcare focused MBA from Widener University. Dr. Alavi performed his Internal Medicine training at Mt. Auburn Hospital (Harvard Medical School), and his fellowship at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He also earned an MHS in Cardiovascular Epidemiology at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
